Delivery

Collection/Delivery of goods:

At the time of purchase you have two options:

1) Collect the goods from our retail premises (Fotosound, 5 Charing Cross, St. Helier).
Should you choose this option you will need to present your order confirmation together with photographic ID (passport/driving licence) and the credit/debit card used at the time of payment.

2) To have the goods delivered to your home address (Jersey), which must be the same address as the credit/debit card which was used to purchase the goods. The delivered goods should be inspected and signed for at the time of delivery. Deliveries will normally take place between the hours of 09:00 hours and 21:00 hours, Monday to Friday. Contact will be made prior to delivery, except for smaller items which may be sent by post.

Fotosounddirect will accept no claims for any items that are found to be missing after 48 hours of delivery or collection of such goods.

Collection/Delivery tariffs:
The tariff for for any product is found by clicking 'Delivery' in the 'Checkout' screen and then clicking 'continue' to display the tariff.

We only deliver to Jersey Channel Islands, goods can be ordered for collection from any where in the world and wiil be ready to collect from our shop within 24 hours.

The site is not monitored weekends or bank holidays.
