Returns Form
A product may only be returned to us once it has been authorised by email and a 'RAN' (Returns Authorisation Number) has been issued. Once you are in receipt of this 'RAN' the product may then be brought into our Store in Charing Cross. The shop in Charing Cross cannot accept any 'fotosounddirect' product for return unless accompanied by the 'RAN document.
In the first instance complete this form stating your name, date of purchase, sales receipt number, product purchased, contact telephone and giving a description of the fault or reason for return. You will then be contacted by telephone or email.
